No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is broken or incorrect, Strictly no exchange options for bangle size issues. Kindly measure the inner dia and share the screen shot to our whatapp team for any kind doubts. A full unboxing video must be taken from the package cover opening in a 360 degree view without any cut, stop, or pause to solve any issue.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product, and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code that can be used for future purchases. We will credit a store credit within 3 days. 

We do not provide cash refunds. 

If approved, we will provide replacement for the damaged/exchange product within 5 working day.
